Insurance & Payment

If it’s an emergency you can call us right away and also notify your insurance carrier as soon as you’re able. If you already have a claim number, please share it with us, we can still respond.
In most cases, you have the right to choose your own restoration contractor. If your insurance carrier suggested another company, you can still request to work with Frontier. We’re experienced in coordinating with adjusters and working within their guidelines
Inspections & Estimates
In many cases, Frontier can provide an inspection or estimate before work begins. For restoration-related concerns, such as water damage, mold, fire damage, smoke odor, or storm damage, the first step is usually to have a trained team member assess the property.
This allows us to understand what happened, identify the affected areas, and explain what needs to happen next. Some smaller cleaning services may be easier to quote in advance, while larger restoration jobs often require an on-site inspection before accurate pricing can be provided.
